Qoo10’s MegaWari is one of Japan’s largest quarterly e-commerce sales events, generating massive traffic and intense competition among brands under similar discount structures. In this highly saturated promotional environment, visual differentiation and brand consistency are critical. I developed campaign-specific brand assets that preserved ANUA’s core identity while strategically adapting to the high-impact sales context, establishing a cohesive visual system across key visuals, platform banners, and promotional packaging to deliver a unified yet distinctive brand presence throughout the campaign.
